Peter Hamilton
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Peter Hamilton develops strategy and closes deals for clients including platforms, channels, producers, governments, non-profits and investors. His focus is on business development related to documentary and unscripted programs.
Clients since 1987 include NBC, Discovery, BBC, Nat Geo, Global Canal+ and PBS. Notably, Peter helped plan and launch domestic and international networks for Discovery, Smithsonian Channel and National Geographic. A former CBS executive, he was educated at UPenn/Wharton (MBA) and UMelbourne.
His credits include productions for Smithsonian (with Bill Gates) and BBC (with David Attenborough and Ray Dalio.) He recently co-executive produced Jacob Steinberg’s Season of the Osprey narrated by Paul Giamatti for PBS Nature, and by Sean Bean for Love Nature.
